2. The Change of Terms
We may change the terms at any time. You hereby agree to revisit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions.
Should you find any change unacceptable, you may cancel your membership as provided below. Using the service after the Effective Date of any such change of the terms constitutes the acceptance of all changes.

4. Charges and Fees
The service access is free of charges during the evaluation period. Meanwhile we will not practice any hidden fees.
You agree to be noticed when any charges and fees must be applied, in order for you to use the service.

5. Acceptable usage

1. You may not use the service as a visitor or through your account, whether directly or indirectly, to: promote, transmit or post any abusive, libelous, unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic ,hateful, racial, ethnical or profane information of any kind, including any transmissions without limitation that represent or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, provincial, state, national or international law, including, export control laws and regulations without limitation.
2. Falsify user information provided to us or to other users of the Service in connection with the use of the service.
3. Embarrass, harass, threaten, or cause discomfort, distress or unwanted attention upon another member or user of the Service or other person or entity;
4. Disrupt the normal flow of postings on any trading floor or database view of parts listings, or of any dialogue on a message board or other act in a manner that affects other members, users, individuals or entities negatively, such as repeated postings of erroneous part numbers or any action of a similarly disruptive effect;
5. Post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation to other members, individuals or entities, except in those areas that are expressly designated for such purpose.
6. Post or transmit any information or software that the sender is aware contains a virus, worm, or other harmful component.

The owner reserves the right at his sole discretion to remove any material displayed on the Site which he reasonably believes is unlawful, could subject the Owner’s liability, violates this Agreement or is otherwise found inappropriate in the Owner’s opinion. The Owner reserves the right to fully cooperate with governmental authorities, private investigators and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing.

8. Termination
The Owner may terminate a subscriber’s access immediately, without notice, in the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions stated above. Either the User or The Owner may terminate the membership at any time. This is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with the Service. You can terminate your membership by delivering notice to the TRADEGRAM Customer Department at cancelation@tradegram.com, or by sending your cancellation request via mail to: SMARTEX SRL, 3, Piriului St., 2200, Brasov, Romania. Your termination will take effect within a reasonable time after the receipt of your notice as described above.
Provided that your account is terminated or cancelled, no refund will be granted. Members whose accounts have been terminated by the Owner may not access the Service without the Owner’s prior express written permission. Active Members may not allow former Members or other agents whose memberships have been terminated to use their accounts. Any delinquent or unpaid accounts, or accounts with issues unresolved with The Owner must be concluded before you may re-register with The Owner. Members using multiple accounts without prior express written permission from The Owner shall have their membership terminated.

9. Linking/Framing
You may link to this Site provided that you notify us in writing and agree to remove such link immediately upon request by us to do so. You may not link to this site in a way that results in this site being displayed in a frame on your site if the framing obscures any of the content of the page being framed.

10. Confidential Information
The User acknowledges that the information contained in this site may be proprietary and confidential to the Owner and its users. The User agrees not to disclose, directly or indirectly, any data to third parties other than that required to carry out the purposes of this agreement.

Reference to any product, process, publication, or service of any third party by trade name, trademark, manufacturer advertisement or otherwise does not constitute or imply the endorsement or recommendation of such by the Owner.
